Timeframe and work
I was invited to intern at Radus Software, a strategic planning, Program and Project Management for data service consultancy for 8 weeks and the goal of the Agile Framework Enhancement project was to define a sharp program dashboard with forecasting, simulation, risk tracking reports, a stunning visualization of program cross dependencies, comprehensive view of resource allocation across projects, with
an uncanny ability to spot inefficiencies and gaps.
Requirements
Scaled Agile best practices allow organizations to better respond and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
The project requirement was to design prototype dashboard with forecasting, simulation, risk tracking reports, visualization of program cross dependencies and comprehensive view of resource allocation across projects.
Design Considerations
> Audit the scaled agile program's data for visualization
> Attend 1-on-1 meetings with architect to uncover goals, pain points, aspirations, and needs related to prototype design of various visualization of scaled agile programs.
> Develop guidelines for the prototype design strategy

Develop the Platform
> Develop R scripts for data extraction and visualization of the various dashboards through iterative process
> Documenting the visualization capability and define the various insights like program status, risks, interdependencies and address inefficiencies and gaps in resources
> Synthesize and prioritize learnings from iterative testing
> Leverage learnings to create a final, refined version of the prototype.
